We kindly request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We completely understand that unexpected things can arise, and we always appreciate as much notice as possible so we can best accommodate our guests. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and a 50% deposit will be required before booking a future appointment. Should your stylist need to reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a fee.
